Founded in 1982, Adams & Associates Appraisers, Inc. provides jewelry appraisals, gemstone identification & vaulation, and personal property appraisals in the counties of Orange, Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, Ventura, and north San Diego.

Accredited, Independent Appraiser
When you hire an ASA accredited appraiser, you are assured the best valuation and expertise in the market. The meticulous accreditation process ensures that ASA accredited appraisers are accurate, impartial and credible. They are highly educated and experienced in their fields. ASA also requires mandatory reaccreditation, where members must regularly submit evidence of professional growth and continuing education. This ensures that ASA appraisers keep their knowledge up-to-date. ASA also requires all members to adhere to a Code of Ethics and Conduct in order to protect the client.
As an ASA accredited appraiser, Ms. Adams delivers well-researched, accurate and independent valuations, which are USPAP compliant.
USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice) are the national standards adhered to by all professional appraisers. Recertification is mandatory every 5 years. When selecting an appraiser, compliance to USPSP standards is necessary to assure that the most objective, accurate and relevant analysis occurs for the value conclusion. Ms. Adams has completed all mandatory recertification requirements, and she adheres to USPAP standards.
Ms Adams holds the Master Gemologist Appraiser® certification from ASA, the most coveted designation among Gems and Jewelry appraisers. She also earned her Graduate Gemologist (GG) diploma in residence at the Gemological Institute of America (GIA) in 1978. She operates a state-of-the-art certified gemological laboratory meeting the stringent criteria of the American Society of Appraisers, Master Gemologist Appraiser® program.
